• Hack, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Services
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Sell, transfer, or sublicense your account to others
• Use the Services to spam, advertise, or promote third-party products without permission
• Create multiple accounts to abuse game features or promotions

5. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

5.1 Virtual Currency and Items

Our Services may include virtual currency, items, upgrades, or other digital goods ("Virtual Items") that can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• You do not own Virtual Items; you receive a limited license to use them
• Virtual Items are non-transferable and non-refundable (except as required by law)
• We may modify, manage, control, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time
• Virtual Items may expire or become inaccessible upon account termination

5.2 Purchases

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. Prices for Virtual Items are subject to change without notice.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store). You must comply with their terms and conditions.

5.4 Refunds

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact us within 30 days. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Software, code, and technology
• Graphics, images, artwork, and designs
• Text, audio, video, and other media
• Trademarks, logos, and brand names
• Game mechanics, rules, and concepts

are owned by iqreb, our licensors, or other content providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, or distribute any part of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
• Remove or modify copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Services for commercial purposes

6.3 User Content

If you submit, post, or share content through the Services ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from such interactions.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IQREB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Loss of Virtual Items or game progress
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage

ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iqreb and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at support@iqreb.site to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

13.2 Arbitration Agreement

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and iqreb agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, except for disputes that may be brought in small claims court.

Class Action Waiver: You and iqreb agree that disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

13.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Term and Termination

14.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services.

14.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through the app settings.

14.3 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Services or other users
• Extended inactivity

14.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease
• You will lose access to your account, Virtual Items, and game progress
• We are not obligated to provide refunds for Virtual Items or purchases
• Provisions that should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and iqreb regarding the Services.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor without restriction.

15.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, natural disasters, or government actions.
